Where to eat/drink/celebrate all things Halloween in London

By Steve Taggart

Halloween is nearly upon us and it really has cemented itself as one of the most exciting social occasions in the calendar. The London Economic doesn’t like to miss out on a party either so we have put together a great selection of places to eat, drink and be spooky this October 31st.

1.Mortos Vivos at Las Iguanas

Las Iguanas, experts in all things Latin American have devised two devilishly delicious cocktails for Halloween. MORTOS VIVOS, served in a fabulous flaming glass skull is made with Las Iguanas very own aged and classic cachaças, amaretto, apricot liqueur, lime, pineapple, fresh passion fruit, overproof rum and finished off with angostura – this is a truly spine-tingling tipple. Or why not try their DAY OF THE LIVING DEAD, made with Olmeca Tequila, Absinthe, Maraschino, agave and lime – this clever concoction is simple but eerily effective.

For guests looking for something to nibble on after a cocktail or two, a must-try for Halloween is Las Iguanas authentic Brazilian CAMARARO DE CALABAZA, a whole butternut squash baked to perfection and stuffed with peeled prawns and melted cheese…
