This is how to make the perfect Christmas leftover sandwich

It’s seven o’clock on Christmas day. Bodies lay comatosed on sofas, chairs and beanbags around the room. Your old man has managed to pass out on the kitchen table, again. But after an hours shut-eye you have woken up with a rumbling tummy as your mind turns to the annual leftover sandwich.
