Having opened its doors in the Winter as the first solo restaurant venture from ex-Gaucho Managing Director Martin Williams, M Restaurants will host a weeklong Caviar celebration that’s set to begin on July 18th – National Caviar Day.

With the event, M will offer their diners the chance to sample a special six-course Caviar tasting menu which features the likes of Vodka, Watermelons and Cucumber Consommé that’s topped with a Caviar and Parmesan tuile, Goat’s Cheese Emulsion with Caviar and toasted Brioche soldiers, and a Crème Fraiche Crème Brulée with Caviar and Champagne Jelly. Guests will also be able to sample a bespoke Cocktail – the ‘Caviar-Tini’, which features Belvedere Vodka, Rose Water and Crème of Caviar.

What’s more, M will also welcome the brand new Volzhenka Caviar – with a rich taste the recalls wild Caviar – to London and will also be creating a Caviar platter served with Russian Oscietra Caviar for £120 or with Astrakhan Beluga Caviar for £450.

M Restaurants can be found at 2-3 Threadneedle Walk, 60 Threadneedle Street, London, EC2 8HP, and Caviar Week will run from July 18th-25th with dishes featuring either Russian Oscierta Caviar for £75 or with Volzhenka Beluga Caviar for £175.
