Alex Lodge: Weekly Report Vol. 35

By Alex Lodge (@alexlodgemusic | Insta @alexlodgemusic7)

Alex Lodge is a music supervisor for film, TV and advertising at Studio 32 Music.

It’s raining and miserable outside so it’s time to tune out of that and tune into the Weekly Report. Today we’ve got a real mix of stuff as usual, starting off with the man Bobby Womack and going straight into the track that The Verve based Bittersweet Symphony on (and the reason they never made any money on their biggest hit). We’ve also got some Kurt Vile, some Frank Zappa, some Fat White Family and all sorts of other weird and wonderful shit. As usual, hit the blog for the archive of the previous 34 weeks. Happy listening…
