Sacked GB News cleric spotted in Disney World after launching fundraiser to ‘keep a roof over his head’

Sacked GB News presenter Calvin Robinson has been living the good life in Disney World, Florida, while his fans donate to a fundraiser to “keep a roof over his head”.

The right-wing commentator headed out for a dream trip to The States after he was given the heave-ho from his presenting position on the back of the Laurence Fox misogyny scandal.

He blamed “careerists” gunning for Dan Wootton’s job on bringing down the presenter, who has apologised for remarks made on his show.

“These people are worse than the woke mob, because these vultures are giving the mob ammunition and essentially escalating the channel’s demise”, he said.

Robinson launched a fundraiser after he was sacked which reads: “GB News was Deacon Calvin’s primary source of income.

“We are raising funds to keep a roof over his head so that he can maintain his self-supporting ministry in London. We are also raising funds for a potential legal battle. Dcn Calvin will not take this one lying down!”

But according to reports in The Independent, he has been enjoying a fun-filled holiday in Florida, where it appears he spent a large amount of time pretending to be Han Solo and visiting Pixar sections of the theme park.

Robinson, 37, said “God is Good” as he shared photos of his pancake buffet and fancy steak dinners, while asking followers to chip into his “crusade against cancel culture” fund.

Responded to requests for comment he insisted the trip to Disney World was free.

He told The Independent: “Disney World was a nice break from the hostile attacks from the likes of the Independent and the rest of the hard-Left who insist on attacking anyone who does not align with their worldviews.

“No, I have not used money raised from my crowdfund. My travel and accommodation were paid for by the organisation that invited me to speak. My Disney trip was free. Thank you for taking such an interest in my activities.”
