Britain’s Best Universities According to Students

A list of the UK’s top ten universities according to students has been revealed, with London ranking lowest for overall student satisfaction.

Only St Mary’s University in Twickenham made the top ten, which was topped by Harper Adams University in Shropshire after a nationwide student vote.

Loughborough University slipped to second place after being championed University of the Year in 2015, with Harper Adams also taking the top spot in the ‘Job Prospects’ and ‘Student Support’ categories.

Welsh universities performed well. Swansea University and Bangor University both made the top five, with the University of South Wales coming eighth.

Whatuni collected more than 25,000 student reviews over the last six months covering ten categories, including best students’ union, best courses and lecturers, and most international.
