Stuffed Chicken Breast Wrapped in Bacon
Tender and juicy bacon-wrapped chicken breasts stuffed with gooey cheese...a mouthwatering combination packed with flavour.
skinless chicken breasts
salt & pepper
fresh thyme sticks
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Make an incision in every chicken breast. Place a tablespoon of cream cheese into every incision and wrap with bacon.
Place the bacon-wrapped chicken breasts in a greased oven pan.
Cube the garlic butter and place over the chicken. Garnish with thyme and season to taste.
Bake covered in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 20 minutes.
