Mr Lyan’s ‘London Calling’
It’s a shaken drink so probably best for smaller gatherings, but it’s delicious and fresh. The garnish of a caper berry is a great savoury touch for serving pre-dinner.
Ingredients
- 40 ml Gin
- 20 ml Lemon juice
- 20 ml Fino sherry
- 10 ml Sugar syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Caper berry
- Lemon twist
Instructions
- Shake all the ingredients hard, then double strain into a small, chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a caper berry and a lemon twist.
