Ingredients

loaf
sliced, seeded artisan bread

g
IBSA Caramelised organic onion*
otherwise you can caramelise your own onions

Torta La Antigua cheese*
1-2
fresh figs
peeled and cut into quarters
1
small bulb
black garlic
Atsina cress
Extra virgin olive oil

Crystal salt
Instructions
Toast the bread for 2-3 minutes.
Add a thin layer of caramelised onion to the bread.
Cut the cheese into thin slices or pieces and place them on the toast, to cover the onion.
Bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees Celsius until the cheese is melted.
Place the figs on top of the melted cheese and garnish with small pieces of black garlic and Atsina cress.
Drizzle with organic extra virgin olive oil and add a pinch of crystal salt.
