Ingredients

beef or pork strips

green pepper
deseeded and sliced
1
large
onion
halved and sliced

cups
yoghurt
greek or plain
5
tbsp
soy sauce
2
tbsp
white pepper
1
tsp
coconut oil
for frying
2
sprigs
fresh thyme
for garnishing
Instructions
Heat coconut oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat, stir-fry beef strips until browned, 3 to 4 minutes.
Add all the other ingredients, mix well, place lid on and cook for about 5 to 10 minutes.

Serve on rice
