Grilled Scallops with Garlic Butter & Peppercorn

These king scallops are relatively easy to recreate at home, marinated with coriander, green peppercorn, garlic, oyster sauce and soy sauce.

For the marinade sauce

Pepper powder
Instructions
Pound the coriander, pepper and garlic together, then stir fry with butter.
Mix all marinade ingredients together.
Marinade the scallops and simply grill until golden outside and slightly soft in the middle.
Serve with dipping sauces.
