List of MPs who voted to force through ESA disability benefit cut

By Joe Mellor, Deputy Editor

The House of Lords was not able to halt a £30-a-week cut to disability benefits forced through by the Government.

Charities warned the cut to (ESA) Employment & Support Allowance would make it more difficult for disabled people to find work and many already struggle to afford food at the current benefit level.

This is a list of all the MPs who voted for the sharp cuts to disability benefits. Please remember the pay rises they all received well above any nominal rises in the rest of the public sector and never forget MPs are our public servants,

They are all Bastards.Let them live on the same wage as these poor people and see if they would like £30 taken off their income.I bet not.How the mighty will fall.

I want the names of the 26 Labour MPs who abstained. They’re just as responsible for this atrocity as those scumbag Tories.

So do I. I want to know why Andy Burnham thought it was okay to abstain on the grounds that the Tories might use it against them.

Frankly, there was no excuse for ANY Labour MP not to vote against ESA cuts.

Do you mean to say, that all the names on that list voted for benefit cuts? It is almost impossible to manage now! I owe family £200 already THIS YEAR as I couldn’t afford gas and electric. I hate asking. Am a widow, under pensionable age, disables, and with 40 years of National Insurance contributions, I get £2-00 a fortnight extra on ESA. They can have that if it helps………

Bring their wages in line with minium pay. This would do away with expenses. Also make sure they work for there money. Also appreciate what living on a reality pay would mean. Sorry they will expect they pay rise again. I think a major mega pay cut is in order. In line with everyday pay.
