The Weekly Cocktail Recipe: SUSHISAMBA’s Tom Yam

It’s unlikely that the views from your home can rival those from SUSHISAMBA, with the highest dining terrace in Europe. However, thanks to this recipe provided from the restaurant, you can enjoy Bartender Richard Woods’ Tom Yam cocktail from the comfort of your own home (Turbot Nigiri optional).

50ml Coriander infused Reyka Vodka

25ml Ginger Syrup

15ml Fresh Lemon Juice

2 Kaffir Lime Leaves

Pinch Coriander cress

1-2 ribbons of red and green Chilies (Deseeded)


Add all to a tall highball glass (12-14oz) filled half way with crushed ice. Add fresh ice to top and garnish.
